1.   Product Description                                                          

The product is produced by using the import styrene isoprene butadiene polymer and the import base oil featuring low-viscosity and high-index through the hot melt, shear and other technology. Its strong points are low temperature resistance, light colour, strong thickening power, and excellent compatibility with pour-point depressant. This product has the data report detected by Dalian Lubricating Oil Research and Development Center-China National Petroleum Corporation.

2.    Product Application

This product is suitable for deployment of the lubricating oil using in high-end internal combustion engine beyond the level of SL, SM, CH-4, CI-4.

Addition: 5-10%

5.   Storage and Transportation

The storage, handing and deployment of the product need to be conducted by SH/T0164. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75 °C; the maximum temperature should not exceed 45 °C, if it needs the long-term storage. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive. In terms of safety, environmental protection, and the use method are the same as the general petroleum products. Without special protection.

Product Weight: 165Kg / barrel, standard iron drum of 200 liters; in bulk

7.   Remarks

(1) the test method of thickening power: add the 10% of the product to the 200SN, and

       then check the added value of viscosity.

(2) The test method of shear stability: ultrasonic detector.
